1991 LHD Defender 110 5 dr Soft Top in Heritage Style Cappuchino

Original 1992 Defender 110 200 Tdi 5 dr. Stationwagon , restored to HERITAGE spec and converted to SOFT TOP.

Originally imported from southern Europe, this truck had ZERO rust before we started the renovation. Body fully stripped, all panels painted seperately inside / outside in Cappuchino / Mocca paint.

New body panels include :5 new military doors with NAS style full alloy sliding window doortops, new sills, new front wings.

Bulkhead sandblasted, epoxy coated , primed and 3 coats of color.

Build on a sandblasted and powdercoated chassis. Fully rebuild suspension and brakes, rebuild swivels, new wheelbearings, seals, new rotors, new calipers, new hoses, new cylinders.

Heritage grill with new Nolden Bi-LED headlights and LED indicators, brake and fog light and side lights.

Complete retrimmed dashboard in Caramel leather , front seats, 2nd row seat and 4 jump seats trimmed in matching leather with daimond stitched centre.
Cubbybox and custom doorscards also trimmed in daimond stitched leather.

New color coded WOLF rims with Good-Year MTR tyres. Mantec swingaway spare wheel carrier.

Fully rebuild 200 Tdi engine, block chemically cleaned, bored with new pistons, new manifolds, new turbo, new diesel pump, new injectors, new cylinderhead , new starter, new alternator and stainless steel exhaust system.

New LT77 5 speed manual gearbox and new LT230 transfer box.

Many galvanised steel parts, door cappings, rear tub cappings, new soft top hood stick set.

Custom made mohair soft top in Mercedes Benz quality in matching color.

Custom made teak floor , front, 2nd row and loadfloor.

All new CAD plated hardware used throughout the build. Drives like a brand new Defender.

In much better condition than when it left the factory back in 1992.
