Originally imported from South of Spain, fully stripped, chassis removed, chassis sandblasted and coated.
Choice of wheels, either color coded WOLF wheels with classic Heritage tyres or oversized 18 inch KAHN alloy wheels and larger tires.
Body completely disassembled and painted panel by panel incl 5 brand new doors painted in Heritage Beige. Front doors have power windows.
Many galvanised steel parts, door cappings, rear tub cappings, front bumpers.
New HD rollbar set up installed on the loadfloor. Soft Top manufactured in rare chocolate Mercedes Benz mohair fabric ( Haartz)
Fully rebuild suspension and brakes, rebuild swivels, new rotors, new calipers, new hoses, new cylinders.
Rebuild 300 Tdi engine, rebuild R380 5 speed manual transmission.
Fully rebuild 300 Tdi :
The block is processed in a special acid bath to remove all internal rust deposits, rebored to size and painted. New or remanufactured crankshaft fitted with new bearings.
New vacuum pump and new timing belt and tensioner. New injectors, injector pipes, leak off pipe and boost pipe. Remanufactured fuel injection pump.
New camshaft, remanufactured cylinder head. Remanufactured rocker shaft assembly, new water outlet connection and thermostat.
New glow plugs, new lift pump, new breather, new exhaust manifold. New turbocharger, oil feed and drain pipes, new dipstick and tube.New alternator and starter, new or remanufactured flywheel
Fully rebuild LT230 1.4 transfer box
Heritage grill with Autobiography Bi LED headlights with DOT approval and LED lights all round.
Interior fully retrimmed in chocolate leather. ( 9 seater) Dashboard retrimmed, all the seats , doorcards.
Matching color carpet throughout the truck

NOTE :
This vehicle has been frame off rebuild several years ago, done less than 2000 kms since build and has been shipped to our partner in Kentucky.
